Everything is prepared in a handmade way and in a completely open kitchen, showing our hot oven, the josper, which allows to obtain precise and unique results, with the perfect caramelization of the meat, in addition to conserving all its juices, textures and flavor , that is, a perfect contemporary barbecue .
